This is just another style of healthy dressing i like to make. I used to do vinegar and extra virgin olive oil with my set of spices. Then 1 day i found out that what is in the evoo jar, may, or might not, really be evoo. Because i don’t have any method of understanding, i dropped it out.
I discovered that I love my vinegar and water dressing. It is a simple recipe where you are able to add any spices or herbs that assuage your taste buds.
There are so many choices there isn’t any need to have boring dressing again!!

- 1/4 cup avocado oil (olive oil can be used as a replacement)
- 2 tsp. Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. Pure maple honey (optional)

Directions: In a food processor, combine all ingredients and blend until emulsified. Process is also achieved by hand using a whisk.
