They got married overlooking the ocean, so it’s only fitting that Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo celebrated their one year anniversary with a view of the ocean.

On Sunday, the Wipe Out host and her hubby had a romantic brunch at Geoffrey’s in Malibu. Later, the happy couple had a French dinner at the ultra romantic Little Door in Los Angeles.

“What a year! Love, Marriage, Love, Baby. Thank You @NickSLachey for constantly making me the happiest woman I can be,” Vanessa tweeted on Sunday.

The 98 Degrees singer responded: “@VanessaLachey I love you kid! One down, many happy more to go. Next year, we celebrate as a family! Happy anniversary.”

A year ago at this time, they exchanged vows atop a cliff overlooking the ocean on Necker Island.

Terrell Owens’ Baby Mama #4: He’s A Changed Man

Terrell Owens is in a heap of trouble for missing child support payments, but the baby mama of his youngest child is coming to his defense — kind of.

The 38-year-old NFL player has four children from four different women — three of them went on Dr. Phil in May accusing him of coming up short in child support or not paying at all.

And on Thursday, the reality star is due in court again for allegedly missing $20,000 in payments to the mother of one of his daughters.

The mother of one of his son’s, Atlin, is coming to his defense, RumorFix is reporting.

Samelia Miller, who admits she’s had her issues with Terrell, says she’s seen a transformation in Terrell.

“After five years, Terrell is now trying to be a part of my son’s life,” she writes on her blog, “Granted, I have not gone easy on Terrell and I struggle everyday with trying to forgive him for how he treated us, but I am watching a transformation take place as he spends quality time with Atlin. I see how he regrets his mistakes, some of his actions and making so much of his private life public.”

Samelia says she’s witnessed a change in his character, “I see him learning to abandon the arrogance, checking the ego at the door, and watching what comes out his mouth. This man wants to do right, work in a profession he has done so well in for years, and show the world he can be not only a great athlete, but also a parent and a man!”

Well, just because the reality TV dating show didn’t work out for the Florida gal during season 16, doesn’t mean she can’t find love elsewhere within the ABC franchise. RumorFix has learned exclusively that during the filming of Bachelor Pad 3, Cox found love with  (drum roll please) Emily Maynard’s cast off, Kalon McMahon!

We know some of you are thinking “ew!” but don’t worry, you’re not alone. Sources very close to BP3 production tell RumorFix, “We think it’s weird. It’s a really weird match.” Our insider confirms that Kalon, who was notoriously known for being the most hated contestant on Maynard’s season, really made the moves on Flajnik’s sweet and innocent second choice; “They were acting like they were all in love,” our source says.

UPDATE: Tuesday 12:36 p.m. Kalon tweeted us to explain how such a classy gal fell for him, “Did u not see the chopper? Obviously I can “land” anything… Just happy to have an amazing co-pilot”

Will Brad Womack Watch The Bachelorette Finale?

The Bachelor’s Brad Womack says he won’t be watching The Bachelorette finale to see who his ex-fiancee picked.

The 39-year-old bar owner was snapped in his hometown of Austin, Texas where he told photographers that he will not be watching Emily Maynard’s “Men Tell All” on Monday night or the finale next Sunday.

Brad was hanging out with his twin brother, Chad, and a friend.

By the way, the “After The Final Rose” episode on July 22 will air live instead of being taped to prevent any leaks.

Charlie Sheen Rehabbing His Image With $1 Million

Charlie Sheen has always been known for being generous.

He’s generous with his ex-wives, his hookers and his children — and now RumorFix has confirmed he’s lavishing the USO with praise and big bucks.

The Anger Management star is giving one percent of his profits from the FX show to the military aid organization, guaranteeing a minimum of $1 million.

In a statement to RumorFix, Charlie says, “It’s an honor for me to be able to give back to these men and women of the military who have done so much for us all. They put their lives on the line for us everyday.”

A few months ago, Charlie also opened his heart and his wallet and donated some proceeds from his April 30 “Violent Torpedo of Truth” tour in San Francisco to a Giants fan who was assaulted outside of Dodger Stadium in March. He also donated all his profits from merchandise sales to the  Bryan Stow Fund.

Lindsay Lohan’s Dad Having A Baby At 52

Lindsay Lohan is going to have a baby brother or sister.

Her dad, Michael Lohan, and his on again and off again girlfriend, Kate Major are expecting a baby, RumorFix has confirmed.

The couple’s rep tells us that Kate, a former Star magazine reporter and ex girlfriend to Jon Gosselin, is in her first trimester.

Surprisingly, the Lohan family — who loves to talk about anything and everything — has been uncharacteristically silent.

Michael’s rep says, “We’re not commenting right now.” Lindsay, rep says, “We’re not commenting on this.”

But Lindsay’s friends are talking and they told TMZ that Lindsay didn’t get a call from her 52-year-old dad and is confused and disappointed.

Why Would Sage Stallone’s Case Go To Robbery Homicide?

RumorFix has confirmed that the Sage Moonblood Stallone death investigation has been transferred to the robbery homicide division of the Los Angeles Police Department.

The body of Sylvester Stallone’s 36-year-old son was found in his Studio City, California home on Friday afternoon. The cause of death is unknown, but prescription bottles were found in his home.

An LAPD spokesman tells RumorFix, “When more high profile cases with celebrities are involved, then the robbery homicide division often oversees some of the cases. It is technically a coroner’s investigation. As of now there is no evidence that makes us think there is some sort of criminal activity. Our coroner’s office is working closely with robbery homicide.”

The coroner’s office did an autopsy over the weekend, but won’t have conclusive results for another four to six weeks when toxicology results come back.

Drake has just plopped down $7.7 million for a massive compound in Hidden Hills, California, RumorFix has confirmed.

The multi-platinum rapper got the deal of the century. Just in January 2009, the 7,444 square foot home was on the market for $27 million, according to Trulia.

After three years and $19.3 million in price reductions, Drake bought the “world class private resort” that has seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms.

The pool itself is worth more than a million dollars with cascading waterfalls, an 80 foot water slide and a grotto.

The estate also has a tennis court, a horse facility with five stalls, a sand volleyball court, mechanical bull and pavilions.

Inside, there’s a 24-seat theater, game room, spa and massage room, master suite with his and her bathrooms and a spectacular wine cellar/tasting room.

According to reports, Kill Bill star Uma Thurman has given birth to her third child.

Editors at Us Weekly report that the actress gave birth to a daughter on Sunday, but no further details are available.
