True Kim Kardashian Pregnant BellyWell, that's a baby bump if we've ever seen one! Kim Kardashian shared a photo of her larger-than-life bump on Tuesday, and wow! With just three weeks to go until she gives birth to her second child, a son with Kanye West, Kimmy admits she isn't feeling very hot. "37 WEEKS x SINUS INFECTION x FLU," she captioned the photo giving her fans a health update. The soon to be mother-of-two revealed on her blog that her baby was in breech position and she'd have to deliver the baby by C-section, while also sharing that she underwent a procedure over the weekend to have her baby turned. "I checked into the hospital and underwent a procedure called an ECV (External Cephalic Version, or a Version), which is done to manually turn the baby from a breech position to a head-down position," she explained. "They gave me an IV with medication to relax my uterus, and then three doctors attempted to work together to turn the baby. There was a risk that my water might break or the baby's heart rate could drop—in which case, an emergency C-section would then take place. I went in with my sisters and my husband. I was prepared for it all! They don't give you any pain medication, and let me tell you: This was soooooo painful. Probably more painful than childbirth. BUT it worked!!!" Kim has been very vocal about the ongoing health issues she's faced during her second pregnancy, explaining that the whole experience has been "awful." "I just don't think pregnancy and me really agree with each other," she told E! News. "You know, it was really hard for me to get pregnant so I do feel really blessed that I am pregnant and, at the end of the day, it is a million times worth it." "I'm really not complaining, I'm just being honest and being honest about [it]. I hate it," Kim continued. "You know pregnancy is not for me…You know I've heard stories forever about how amazing pregnancy is from my mom and Kourtney and that's just not the case for me and I'm not going to sit here and lie and act like it's the most blissful experience. It's awful."
