True Vicki Gunvalson Brooks Ayers Cancer Vicki Gunvalson is not holding back her thoughts after her ex boyfriend, Brooks Ayers, has finally come clean about the lies that he ever had cancer. During a new sit down interview with Extra, the reality star admits that she feels nothing but hate for her former boyfriend, after trusting him and sticking up for him throughout the latest season of The Real Housewives Of Orange County! “I hate him, I hate him with everything in me,” she told Mario Lopez during the interview.  "And I don’t hate people, but I believed him, I trusted him, I defended him, took a bullet for him when people didn’t like him.”

Ayers made headlines after announcing the he “fabricated” medical documents and records regarding his claim that he had cancer. Gunvalson went on to explain in the interview that she would drive Brooks to his medical appointments herself, sitting there for hours while he allegedly underwent chemotherapy. “[Brooks] was there all morning so how do you think anything other than he’s getting chemo? You go to City of Hope because you have cancer, not because you have nothing else to do during the day.” “I’m guilty of loving him and believing him. Who hasn’t believed someone that you loved?” she continued. “And why would you lie about cancer when I’ve had three friends die of it in the last two years? I had my dearest friend just die of stomach cancer … It’s actually quite sick. Now, I’m embarrassed,” she told Lopez. “I want to tell the girls I’m sorry.” Clearly Gunvalson has had a difficult year, after losing her mother unexpectedly, and now having to deal with the negative publicity stemming from Brooks Lies.
