True Bobbi Kristina Brown Dead Bobbi Kristina is dead. Tragically, TMZ is reporting tonight that the 22-year-old passed away at the hospice outside Atlanta where she has been staying since June 24. Whitney Houston’s only daughter died after never recovering consciousness following an accident at her Georgia home. It is understood her family were at her sided when she finally passed-away. Bobbi Kristina had been in hospital since January 31 after being found unconscious in a bathtub at her home in Roswell, Georgia, by her boyfriend Nick Gordon and their friend Max Lomas. Her father Bobby Brown and her grandmother, Cissy Houston, had been holding vigil at Bobbi Kristina's bedside around the clock when she was moved to the hospice. Doctors at North Fulton Hospital in Georgia placed her in a medically induced coma after she was rushed there after being found face down in her bathtub. She was later moved to Emory University Hospital to get specialized care. In a bizarre twist Bobbi Kristina’s mother, singer Whitney Houston, was found dead in similar circumstances in a bathtub at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills on February 11, 2012. The official cause of Houston’s death was drowning and the effects of atherosclerotic heart disease and cocaine use, the Los Angeles coroner’s office said at the time. Toxicology results showed Houston had marijuana, Xanax, the muscle relaxant Flexeril, and the allergy medication Benadryl in her system also. It is beingreported that Bobbi Kristina's guardians Pat Houston and her father Bobby Brown made the decision to withdraw her medications -- it is understood that the family were unanimous in their decision. After Whitney died in 2012 Bobbi Kristina was inconsolable and just a few days later she was admitted to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles after being overwhelmed with grief. She was willed her mother's $100 million fortune which was to be given to her in payments until she reached the age of thirty, however, even this great fortune could not ease her troubled mind In recent times she found comfort with her boyfriend, Nick Gordon, who had also been raised by Whitney Houston from the age of twelve.
