True Justin Bieber And Hailey Baldwin Celebrate 21st Birthday Together Justin Bieber celebrated with Hailey Baldwin at his 21st birthday party. His rumored girlfriend posted an image of the pair embracing on her Instagram account. And the Canadian singer seemed to have a great time as he celebrated the landmark with a house party. As midnight approached the multi-millionaire and his friends guzzled champagne and drank beer as the party went into overdrive. The "Baby" singer went shirtless just wearing basketball shorts as he celebrated with his friends as sparklers went off all around them on Saturday night into Sunday morning. The party comes after Bieber went public about toning down his hard partying reputation by appearing on shows like Ellen DeGeneres claiming that his "bad boy image" was misunderstood. "It's official. The Biebz will be celebrating his 21st at #HeartofOMNIA @CaesarsPalace 3.14," it was announced on Twitter recently.

And later this month, Justin will be on the receiving end of some jokes when he celebrates his 21st birthday with The Comedy Central special, The Roast Of Justin Bieber.

Comedian Kevin Hart will serve as Roast Master as he leads a slew of celebrities taking aim at the singer's all too public life.

The event will be recorded on March 14 in Los Angeles and will air on Comedy Central on March 30.
