Giuliana Rancic Enraged After E! Offers Zendaya Coleman Fashion Police Gig?

Fixed Zendaya Coleman Fashion PoliceJust when we all though the Fashion Police feud was over, US Weekly comes out with a new claim regarding the sticky situation. Show sources reveal to the publication that Giuliana Rancic’s controversial comment made about Zendaya Coleman’s hair on the hit E! show last week was intentional. Even though Rancic later clarified that the offensive line was written for her, an insider says the show host was willing to take a shot at the teen “because Zendaya was in talks to join the Fashion Police panel this season," which upset the host because "Giuliana hates her [Zendaya].” So, was there really a master plan behind Giuliana's infamous remark, or did the mother-of-one just simply make a flub up? RumorFix spoke to a pal super close to the 40-year-old who tells us the star was in no way trying to "take a shot" at Zendaya, also adding that, despite rumors, Giuliana's public on-air apology was done in only one take. The FP co-host took a swipe at the 18-year-old last Monday when she said the Disney star's dreadlocks at the Oscars made her look like "she smells like patchouli oil," and "maybe weed." The teen fired back on Twitter saying the comment was “outrageously offensive,” and she went on to write, “There is already harsh criticism of African American hair in society without the help of ignorant people who choose to judge others based on the curl of their hair.” Giuliana responded hours later saying, “Dear @Zendaya, I’m sorry I offended you and others. I was referring to a bohemian chic look. Had NOTHING to do with race and NEVER would!” But things made a turn for the worse when Giuliana’s now former co-host Kelly Osbourne lashed out writing, “I’m giving everyone involved 24 hours to make it right or the world will hear how I really feel.” So on E! News, Giuliana issued this second apology: “I want to apologize for a comment I made on last night’s Fashion Police about Zendaya’s hair. As you know, Fashion Police is a show that pokes fun at celebrities in good spirit, but I do understand that something I said last night did cross the line. I just want everyone to know, I didn’t intend to hurt anybody. But I’ve learned it’s not my intent that matters, it’s the result, and the result is that people are offended, including Zendaya, and that is not okay. Therefore, I want to say to Zendaya, and anyone else out there that I have hurt, that I am so, so sincerely sorry. This really has been a learning experience for me."
