Angie Stone Rep Statement After Fight With Daughter

Exclusive Angie Stone daughter R&B Singer Angie Stone is out of jail and wants to deal with her family issues privately, RumorFix is reporting exclusively. We've obtained her mug shot where the usually gorgeous entertainer looks like a wreck. The Grammy-nominated singer known for "Brother" and "No More Rain" was jailed Tuesday for aggravated assault after she got into a fight with her daughter Diamond Stone. She was released on a $10,000 bond on the same day. According to Dekalb County police reports, Angie said her 30-year-old daughter hit her in the face with closed fists first. Mama Angie then is accused of grabbing a metal stand and knocking out Diamond's front teeth. Diamond, who is enjoying her notoriety, has posted these pictures on Facebook. Diamond-Stone TMZ reports someone in Angie's camp told them Diamond's teeth fell out because they were rotting before the fight occurred. According to an account, Diamond gave to police she says the fight started over Angie demanding that her adult daughter clean it up and control her children. Angie's publicist Kali Bowyer broke her silence exclusively with RumorFix saying, "Every family has issues. It's a family matter and it will stay a family matter." Diamond released this statement on Facebook: "People are so quick to pass judgment but never really know the full story. Never uphold people in wrong no matter who they are I’m crushed but I ain’t dead so for the people that praise 'her' keep right on just know that it ain’t over. You so big and bad but had to use a weapon on me in a fight that you started. You giggled on the inside because you thought I was going to jail too.?#?Wrong? '"I’m sick of putting up these fronts and because you took a shit to another level I will too. I love all my family, but I cannot take any more abuse so I’m separating myself from it all. I pray God heals us from this but from where I sit there is no turning back cause if you ain’t wit me you against me. You so worried about to media and the press but I promise you this I will not rest until my story is heard!" Angie, whose real name is Angela Brown, was nominated for Grammys in 2003, 2004 and 2008.
