Tony Revolori is attending the Sundance Film Festival for the first time and he's got two films! And The Grand Budapest Hotel lobby boy actually gets to sing in one of them. He told RumorFix celebrity correspondent Gretchen Rossi, "I am very excited to be here as I am a Sundance virgin -- it is a fantastic festival and the people are really fun. "I have one film here Dope that was produced by Forest Whitaker and Pharrell Williams and all the music was done by him too." In Dope, directed by Rick Famuyiwa, Tony plays Jib and the film tells the story of Malcolm (Shameik Moore) who is trying to survive in a tough neighborhood in Inglewood filled gangsters and drugs dealers, while juggling his senior year of college applications, interviews and the SAT. His dream is to attend Harvard and a chance invitation to a big underground party leads Malcolm and his friends into a, only in Los Angeles, gritty adventure filed with offbeat characters and bad choices. If Malcolm can persevere, he'll go from being a geek, to being dope, to ultimately being himself. Tony revealed, "We have a group in the film called Oreo and I actually sing and rap in the film -- this is all through Pharell's magical genius -- he got the best out of me." The young actor has become an internationally well known face playing the lobby boy in the The Grand Budapest Hotel and he also enjoyed that experience being in in Wes Anderson's acclaimed movie. "That was a great experience working with the likes of  Ralph Fiennes, Bill Murray and Jude Law and Owen Wilson I was very fortunate," he says. The talented actor also has a second film playing at Sundance called Umrika -- which is about a small village in India is invigorated when one of their own travels to America (aka, UMRIKA) and details his adventures through letters home, sparking community debate and inspiring hope. But unfortunately for Tony both his films are premiering at the same time -- nice problem to have!
