Kendra Waldman is giving away secrets for the set for the Sundance film D Train — the big headline is Jack Black was a blast.
The comedy tells the story of Black — who plays Dan Landsman — a high school reunion committee chairman who travels to Los Angeles to track down the most popular guy from his graduating class and convince him to go to his ill fated reunion.
And for the Florida-born actress working with Black and golden Globe winner, Jeffrey Tambor, was an unforgettable experience.
She told RumorFix, “I am speechless Jack Black was one of the funniest most down-to-earth actors I ever worked with it was a blast.
“He had a soul patch on and he kept coming-up to me and saying: ‘is it ok? is it ok?’ and then he would tear it off ….”
Kendra was also lucky to get to work with veteran actor, Jeffrey Tambor, who recently won is first Globe for his role as the transgendered Maura Pfefferman in the Amazon Studios streaming series Transparent.
Kendra added, “Just to work with him Jeffrey Tambor, who just won a Golden Globe, it was one of the best sets.”
Kendra Waldman is looking forward to a successful 2015 which will see her star in a new web series while undertaking some secret projects by her management that she wants to keep under wraps for now.
Raised in West Palm Beach, Florida, she has appeared in movies like Float, Casualty and The Disappearance Of Jenna Matheson, but she is hoping working with Black will further her career once D-Train gets a wider release.
The actress has brains as well as beauty after she graduated from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BA in Mathematics.
Another claim to fame for her is that has stood-in for Natalie Portman on numerous print jobs for a Japanese hair products!
