The 44-year-old listed his estate - named "Maravilla" - for a whopping $20 million back in 2013 when he and his family relocated to Los Angeles. It just sold for $15.4 million. The gorgeous 12,705-square-foot home on the Miami Beach waterfront features seven bedrooms, ten bathrooms and includes a home theater, a master suite with a spa-like bath and a private terrace that overlooks Biscayne Bay. Only A $900,00 profit

Damon purchased the home in 2009 for $14.5 million. So unfortunately after all these years, he only made a mere $900,00o in the sale. A huge sum for ordinary folks, but multimillionaire stars usually score bigger in their real estate dealings. The Bourne Identity star relocated his family - wife Luciana and four daughters - to Brentwood, California several years ago.
