True Director Brett Ratner believes that he has found the perfect man in Dwayne Johnson to play Hercules. In the blockbuster Johnson - formerly known as The Rock - plays the Greek demigod, as a sword-for-hire tested when the King of Thrace and his daughter seek his aid in defeating a tyrannical warlord. Ratner revealed: "When you see the movie nobody else could have done this but him, he became this character. "He was born to do this role." The movie opens July 25.

I don’t believe in Greek mythology. It seems to be something that Dwayne reportedly woke up at 3 in the morning and did cardio and that he also had a hernia operation.

Generally speaking, something that is unfortunate in my opinion is to have a diet or a workout make you feel depressed because it is just too hard to keep up with.

It doesn’t have to be the case as far as I can tell. There seem to be ways to lose weight while still eating enjoyable food. You may find one of these ways on this page: specialfatloss.com

It seems to me that long term weight loss is what is really wanted. Consequently, there doesn’t seem to be a lot of justifications for diets or workouts that are too extreme to be followed over the long run.
