Camille Grammer’s ex, Dimitri Charalambopoulos, is suing the former The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star accusing her of defamation, malicious prosecution and fraud, but her friends are rallying around Camille saying the claims are “frivolous,” RumorFix is reporting exclusively.
Last week a Houston grand jury didn’t find enough evidence to charge Dimtri with beating his ex-girflfriend, so now he’s suing her for bringing the charges in the first place.
Camille has been advised by her attorneys not to speak, but a friend of her’s tells RumorFix exclusively, “She’s not worried about this frivolous lawsuit. He did it [gave her bruises]. She has so much evidence against this man!”
The friend goes on to say the personal trainer is trying to shake her down, “He needs to get a job. He’s spent two years trying to hustle her for money. She gave him tens of thousands of dollars and when she stopped giving him money, he got angry.”
When RumorFix spoke with Camille last Thursday she told us she was disappointed with the grand jury’s ruling, but she was “happy to move on.” Now, obviously, she has one more legal battle ahead of her.
