Is Jennifer Aniston reviving her 90’s hit sitcom Friends?
That’s the claim Radar Online made Friday with a really elaborate story about how the 45-year-old actress is looking to turn the NBC comedy into a Broadway smash.
“Jen has completely fallen in love with the idea of a Broadway-ready Friends musical,” claims a “source”.
“It’s even gotten to the point where she’s had some deep talks with her friend Sheryl Crow about creating ’90s style music for the project, which of course would feature an entirely new crop of actors playing young versions of the now 40-something Friends stars.”
Radar goes so far to claim that the We’re The Millers star wants Lea Michele to play her old character, thinking that the Glee actress would be “a perfect Rachel in this project.”
Perhaps Radar got this idea after watching a recent episode of Glee, where the cast recreated the opening sequence of Friends — other than that this entire story is completely made up!
RumorFix talked to Jen’s rep who tells us “it’s complete crap just like most things on Radar”
