It's the most expensive house ever sold in Los Angeles County -- $102 million.

The Fleur de Lys, which was owned by Suzanne Saperstein, gave new meaning to class an elegance.

When Suzanne and her ex-husband, David, bought the Holmby Hills property in 2002, she went about building the Versailles of America and did an amazing job!

The enormous home, which is across the street from Walt Disney's former home, was originally listed in 2007 for $125 million and has been on and off the market ever since.

Our friends at Redfin tell us it has 12 bedrooms, 15 bathrooms, and a nine-car garage. It also includes a formal ballroom downstairs that accommodates 200 people a 4,000 bottle wine cellar, conference room, massage room, beauty salon, a 3/4 quarter mile jogging track and a 50-person screening room.

Before the sale of the Saperstein estate, the Aaron Spelling home was the most expensive home sale in LA. It sold for $85 million in 2011 to socialite Petra Ecclestone.

It's not known who purchased the Fleur De Lys.
