Is Justin Bieber slowly putting is legal woes behind him?
Published reports Wednesday claim the Biebs’ legal team is working with the LA County District Attorney’s office to hammer out a plea deal in his vandalism case. It would include a plea of no contest to misdemeanor vandalism charges and for the 20-year-old to be placed on informal probation with no jail time.
The LA County Sheriff’s department wants Bieber charged with a felony for causing over $20,ooo in damage to a neighbor’s house after throwing eggs at it. But the case is still under review at the DA’s office who are said to be more inclined to charge him with a lesser count of a misdemeanor.
RumorFix spoke to the LA County DA’s office Wednesday who told us that “no decision has been made” and that a decision on what to do with the case won’t likely happen until at least next week. But as of now, there’s “no plea. No decision” in this matter.
