Anna Trebunskaya: How I’m Getting Back In Shape For DWTS — Exclusive

New mom and professional dancer Anna Trebunskaya isn't wasting any time by getting her waist back in shape for Dancing with the Stars, RumorFix has learned exclusively.

The red-haired beauty, who gave birth to her daughter Amalya on January 18, tells RumorFix, "It's been seven weeks. I have not lost all my weight -- I'll be honest with you, I still have a good eight pounds to go."

Eight pounds -- that's nothing! So how is she doing it?

Anna, who had a natural birth at home with a midwife and no drugs, says she wasn't allowed to exercise for a few weeks -- so she looked for the best product to "thread my muscles and organs back together again."

She found The Cinch Tummy Wrap. "You buy one belt and you can see the results. It's about a foot long and it's adjustable. It shrinks with you!"


The Russian dancer says she wears it for four to six hours a day and "it puts gentle compression on my abdomen."

Besides the belt, the veteran of 11 seasons of DWTS says she walks as much a she can — from 30 minutes to an hour and a half — depending on how long her daughter sleeps.

And her diet is geared toward losing weight and breast feeding. “I eat a lot of healthy fats — avocados and nuts to keep up the good fats. It also helps milk production,” she says.

Chicken and turkey are regular staples in her diet along with fish on occasion. “I’m watching the mercury levels,” she adds.

She eating plenty of veggies, yogurt, whole grain and fruit except citrus. And she hydrates with coconut water.

And that brings us to dancing.  Anna says she returned to teaching on Sunday and she would be ready to return to the ballroom sometime in April. Nothing is set in stone yet, but Anna says she’d like to either do some special dances or choreograph a dance.

 But for now her top priority is being the best mom possible!
