Former Disney star Christy Romano got married to Brendan Rooney in an intimate ceremony on New Year’s Eve at a castle and RumorFix has the pictures and all the details.
The couple, who began dating in 2011 when Christy interviewed Brendan for a documentary about veterans, got married at the Fairmont Banff Springs in Alberta, Canada.
When Christy was a young girl she performed the Sound of Music there and loved the magical feeling that she wanted to recapture it for her wedding day.
The 29-year-old bride known for Even Stevens, wore a Lazaro gown while the groom wore a Hugo Boss tux and a velvet bow tie. Christy’s sister was her maid of honor and Brendan’s brother was his best man. The guest list included: Broken City’s Alona Tal, Wilfred’s Fiona Weed and Divergent’s Christian Madsen.
Here’s the delicious menu for the reception:
First Course: Tuna & Avocado Tartar; Cucumber, Wasabi Aioli, Citrus Salad & Micro Greens
Entrée: Filet of Beef Tenderloin & Grilled Prawns or Chicken Breast & Prawns with Lemon Butter
Dessert: White Chocolate Wedding Cake with Raspberry Filling
Midnight Snack: Tomato Soup & Grilled Cheese Dunkers
