Investigators with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department haven’t found a cause for the car accident that killed The Fast and the Furious star Paul Walker on November 30, RumorFix has learned.
But they are not giving up.
The sheriff’s department tells us they are meeting with engineers from Porsche in January to analyze the computer in the car.
They think that information could reveal the car’s speed, RPMs, throttle opening, air bag deployment, seat belt use and other factors.
A few weeks ago, the coroner ruled the combined effects of traumatic and thermal injuries caused Paul’s death. That means that Paul was gravely injured in the crash itself, but succumbed to the effects of the explosion and fire.
