Wearing a tweed jacket, vest and tie, R&B star Chris Brown got his probation revoked in a Los Angeles courtroom on Monday, RumorFix has confirmed.
So what does that mean?
Worse case scenario — the singer who rocked bleached blond hair and a brown beard could be sent to jail, but that didn’t happen Monday.
L.A. Superior Court Judge James Brandlin took into consideration that — despite Chris’ assault charges in Washington, D.C. — he’s been doing well in anger management classes.
So, the judge allowed the F.A.M.E star to be released on his own recognizance for violating his probation for beating Rhianna in 2009.
The judge, however, took away Chris’ ability to use medical marijuana. He also will not be allowed to leave California, except on January 8, 2014 to appear in a DC court for the assault charges.
Chris is due back in an LA court in February 10, 2014 when he could go to jail.
