There have been some pretty outrageous rumors surrounding the alleged war between Gwyneth Paltrow and Vanity Fair magazine. But this latest one is really over the top.
Radar Online is claiming that the Oscar winner’s “team” is pushing her to take a role where she’d have to gain weight, a la Bridget Jones Diary.
Their “source” claims “she knows there’s a (public perception) problem, and is focused on fixing it. She’s completely lost the public’s sympathy with her ‘little miss perfect’ image.”
This rumor is more over the top than their claim that Gwyneth was trying to get all of her A-list friends to boycott the Vanity Fair post-Oscars bash, as she’s at war with the magazine over an alleged unflattering piece that VF is planning about the 41-year-old movie star/cookbook author/fitness and lifestyle guru.
And just as that rumor proved untrue, Gwyneth’s rep says this one is wrong as well, telling RumorFix “its absolutely absurd and 100 percent false”
