Chris Brown has been ordered back to rehab for three months, RumorFix has confirmed.
The R&B singer initially appeared in court Wednesday afternoon for his probation hearing on his 2009 assault case against then-girlfriend Rihanna, but the court dealt with the more urgent matter.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge James R. Brandlin made his decision after receiving a report from a Malibu rehab facility where Chris voluntarily checked himself in for anger management. The reported stated that the singer was discharged after only two weeks because he threw a rock through his mother’s car window after a visit.
Besides being ordered to 90 days in rehab, Chris also must submit to drug testing and must perform at least 24 hours of community labor per week.
The judge is allowing Chris to fly to Washington, D.C. to appear in court on Monday and he’s been ordered back in the LA courtroom on December 16 at 2 p.m. to decide whether he will be charged with revoking his probation.
