Although Casey Kasem’s children didn’t get conservatorship over their ailing father, Kerri Kasem tells RumorFix exclusively she’s happy with the court’s decision.
On Tuesday, a judge decided that a conservatorship is not necessary and the attorneys for the radio icon’s kids and his wife should be able to work out visitation on their own.
Kerri tells RumorFix, “Stated in court today was the FACT that my father DOES want to see us; a fact already known to us! So, I am happy with what happened in court this morning and I’m hopeful that reasonable visiting arrangements will be made soon.”
And, while the judge did not grant the children temporary conservatorship, Kerri hinted that the battle was not over, “Permanent Conservatorship has NOT as yet been decided THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT, PRAYERS and WELL WISHES!”
