When Teen Mom‘s Amber Portwood got a taste of freedom on Monday, she wanted a taste of a hamburger!

And, who can blame her?

The 24-year-old MTV star, who was released from prison four years early on a drug possession charge, immediately went to Frisch’s Big Boy in Anderson, Indiana with her mom and the rest of her family.

She told reporters that she would then spend the evening with her daughter, Leah, who will turn four on November 12. Amber also revealed that she is going to court to fight for joint custody with her baby daddy Gary Shirley.

And, we’re sure she’ll probably get the best night’s sleep she’s had in a very long time.

I cant believe that in the video she said she wanted to go get something to eat when they asked her what was the first thng she wanted to do as a free woman! she should have said she wants to go see her daughter leah!!

In the same video she said she was having Leah for a sleepover that night. The prison is 3 hours away from her hometown, and Leah & Gary live an hour away from Amber’s town. Also Gary doesn’t like to be very accommodating. He probably said something like “I will bring Leah to your place at 6pm” and if she’s out at noon then she has time to drive back home and eat some dinner. It’s not like she had an option of “Leah” or “food” and she went “omnomnomnom give me food first!”. People need to look at context.

Kind of off tangent on your reply sorry haha, but why should he be accommodating? She just got out of jail for drug possession. Yes she’s Leah’s mum, but if I were in his shoes, I wouldn’t trust her or be happy leaving my child in her care, especially if she’s already talking about joint custody. How about she have visitations and get used to being a sober parent for a while. Remember also, MTV cuts things to make people look how they want them too, in regards to Gary. He may be a better person than he came across?

But yes, agree with the people need to look at context haha :)
