Not only was Kim Kardashian's surprise proposal an event custom-made for reality TV, it was attended by some Silicon Valley heavyweights, RumorFix is reporting exclusively.

Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis tells us he was as surprised as we are that YouTube co-founder Chad Hurley, Zynga co-founder Mark Pinus and Uber co-founder Travis Kalanick were at the intimate engagement party.

"They were fun intelligent people, who brought a great element to the surprise announcement," Joe tells us.

Chad was first to release video of the dramatic proposal that took place at AT&T Park in San Francisco on Monday.

He tweeted out this video with the caption: "So this happened last night. Congrats Kim & Kanye!"
