When Rizzoli & Isles star Lee Thompson Young committed suicide in August, he didn’t leave a goodbye note or any clues to his colleagues as to why he’d take his own life.
But in a coroner’s report, one witness told investigators that Young had “a history of bipolar disorder” and was battling depression issues.
The documents state he was known to take his medications as prescribed. He was a social drinker and denied any narcotic abuse. But he was taking Lithium and Quetiapine, both medications are used to treat schizophrenia, manias and bipolar disorders.
The former Disney star was found on August 19 dead from a gunshot wound in his LA condo.
