Kim Kardashian has chosen the Atkins diet to help her shed that dreaded baby weight.
K.K. told a Twitter follower, “I’ve actually been doing the Atkins diet & luv it.”
And according to a a rep for Atkins, Kim “Is eating lots of lean proteins, healthy fats like nuts and avocado, carbs, fruits, veggies and cheese. She wanted to be a healthy, nursing mom and not toxify her milk with her diet or lose weight too quickly. She’s been doing Atkins since her doctor approved it at the end of June.”
Atkins came under scrutiny since it was discovered years ago, due to the diet regimen’s lack of key nutrients needed to keep a person healthy.
We just hope Kim knows what she’s doing.
