Costume-clad Celebs Attend Lavish Beverly Hills Halloween House Party

Julianne Hough is a big fan of the Netflix women's prison series Orange Is The New Black, and she and her friends went as various characters from the show to a celebrity studded Halloween party Saturday night.

But the former Dancing With The Stars pro may have taken things a little far with an over-tanned makeup face to portray an African-American star of the series.

Her look drew a lot of negative attention with some calling her out for using "blackface" to portray Crazy Eyes from the hit show, along with a jail tag saying as much.

Hough has since issued an apology stating: "I am a huge fan of the show Orange is the New black, actress Uzo Aduba, and the character she has created. It certainly was never my intention to be disrespectful or demeaning to anyone in any way. I realize my costume hurt and offended people and I truly apologize."
