Former The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Camille Grammer has obtained a restraining order against he ex-boyfriend, Dimitri Charalambopoulos, claiming he battered and bruised her just two days after she underwent cancer surgery, RumorFix has confirmed.
In documents obtained by RumorFix, Camille says his boyfriend accompanied her to Houston for her surgery, but was upset that she asked her mother, father, aunt, friend and assistant to join them as well.
Then at 1:30 a.m. on the morning of October 16, Dimitri got a text from a girl, which caused an argument with Camille that turned violent. “He grabbed me by the hair, twisted it around his hand, and repeatedly pulled my head into the bed and its headboard,” Camille stated. She says the personal trainer who is twice her size then pulled out swaths of her hair and gave her a contusion on the side of her head.
Dimitri then grabbed her cell phone ans smashed it to prevent her from calling police, according to court documents.
She said for up to an hour, she begged his to stop his attack. “He grabbed both of my wrists in one hand and made a fist with the other, hovering it approximately six inches from my eye and temple,” she writes. “He said to me, ‘I wanna smash your head in.’ He also said, ‘I’ll give you a reason to call the cops.’ I was terrified.”
The former reality star says she believed he was going to kill her. “He told me I was going to hell, and then, to make his escape, he said he would ‘knock me out’ if I moved from the bed while he left the hotel.”
She waited three minutes then went to the hotel lobby to call police.
The Houston PD tells RumorFix that Camille and Dimitri got into an argument and broke each other’s cellphones. A public information officer tells us she “suffered minor injuries when he assaulted her.”
No one has been charged and the investigation is still ongoing.
