Russell Crowe missed his Man of Steel premiere on Wednesday night in Japan. And now the actor is taking to Twitter to express his apologies.
Russell’s excuse for being a no-show was due to work related issues regarding his latest film project in which he will mark his directorial debut.
Reaching out to fans via the social networking app, Crowe wrote, “I’m sorry I’m not in Tokyo for the Man of Steel premiere. I love Japan. Started on The Water Diviner and need every minute of preparation… Yes, directing myself, unless I don’t cast me or I am unavailable due to a prior commitment… the directing one.”
Do you buy his apology?
