Lisa, who appears on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and Vanderpump Rules, and her husband, Ken Todd, are are being sued by Ryan Carrillo and Andrew Gruver, who were planning to open a sports-themed gay bar at the location. (For those familiar with West Hollywood -- it's at the corner of Santa Monica Blvd. and Robertson where Java Detour used to be.)

The plaintiffs claim the Bravo stars were aware of the agreement on the property and "intended to disrupt the performance of the agreement."

But, Lisa tells us, "We know nothing about this lawsuit. My husband took this lease in good faith in February.  All our notices have been posted publicly."

She thinks she's being dragged into this lawsuit to get media attention. "We had no idea these people were in negotiations with the landlord. It seems their issue is with the landlord!"

I think it’s the landlord being a little shady. He probably got a few more buck from the pumps and decided to go with the better deal.

This is nothing to do with the vanderpumps theyre being dragged in to get media attention its so obvious. whatever agreements the landlord had going with other potential tennants is not their problem.
