Joe Francis is heading back behind bars, RumorFix has confirmed.
The Girls Gone Wild founder was in a Los Angeles courtroom Tuesday morning for sentencing in his assault case stemming from an incident in 2011 where several women claimed he assaulted them and wouldn’t let them leave his LA mansion.
The judge sentenced in on all five counts — including assault, and false imprisonment — which added up to a grand total of 270 days in county jail and 36 months probation.
Joe was also ordered to attend anger management classes once a week for a year in addition to psychological counseling.
But he’s not headed to the slammer just yet. His bail amount was set at $250,000 while he appeals the case and he’s expected to post that and remain free for now. If his appeal fails though, he will be sent to jail.
Joe also had told RumorFix repeatedly that he is NOT going to jail.
