Troubled Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans was back in court Monday and put the latest of her legal woes behind her.
The 21-year-old appeared in Brunswick County Court in her native North Carolina and entered a plea of guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia stemming from her April 23rd arrest. She arrived at court hand in hand with her current boyfriend Nathan Griffith
Luckily for Jenelle, charges for possessing substance II drugs were dropped, along with assault charges against Evans’ estranged husband, Courtland Rogers.
Evans now faces 18 months of unsupervised probation, so hopefully the long troubled reality star will be able to stay out of trouble for the next year and a half.
But she’ll still be spending the night behind bars. The judge in her case ordered an on the spot drug test which she apparently failed. RumorFix spoke to the Brunswick County Jail and they confirmed Jenelle has been booked in for a 48 hour stint but their paperwork said that the reason for her jailing was possession of drug paraphernalia. RumorFix has calls in to Jenelle’s attorney Dustin Sullivan but court is still in session.
