The gay blogs are alleging that openly gay Broadway singer Cheyenne Jackson is either going through a mid-life crisis at 38 or the squeaky clean Glee star has become a bad boy overnight. And, now Cheyenne is responding to the allegations.

As RumorFix reported, Cheyenne and his partner/husband of 13 years, Monte Lapka, are getting a divorce.

Queerty claims the rising star has changed:

“Cheyenne has shaved his head, covered his once gorgeous body in what I can only describe as prison tattoos and is now sporting a handlebar mustache. His inner arm has a tattoo of the AA slogan ‘Life on life’s terms.’ The other ones look  like  they were done by an inmate at San Quentin.”

Cheyenne, who has appeared on 30 Rock and Behind the Candelabra, spoke to Frank DeCaro on Out Q on SirusXM saying, "I'm not a Nazi skinhead."

The actor/singer said he and his ex drafted the statement released to RumorFix and other outlets saying, "“Cheyenne Jackson and his husband Monte Lapka have mutually decided to divorce. The couple have been together for 13 years and were married in NY State two years ago. It is an amicable parting and, understandably, a private matter.”

Cheyenne says he subscribes to the Royals policy of "never complain, never explain," but the press coverage of his divorce "was getting a little ugly" so he spoke out.

Although the Broadway icon didn't address any questions about whether he has a new younger boyfriend, he did say, "I know that our marriage meant a lot to a lot of people -- that's not lost on me and I respect that."
