Kidd Kraddick Dead At 53

imageWell-known radio personality Kidd Kraddick has died, RumorFix has confirmed.

The legendary broadcaster, who was one of the stars of Dish Nation, was performing in New Orleans when he fell ill.

"Twentieth Television and the team at Dish Nation are heartbroken and deeply saddened by the loss of a great talent and friend. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and his longtime radio crew during this very difficult time," the show's producers released a statement on Facebook.

The 53-year-old, who did his morning radio show from Dallas, was syndicated on nearly 100 radio stations across the country.

Mark Cuban, Mavericks owner, tweeted:

"RIP Kidd Kraddick. You were an amazing man and a friend. You are already missed."
Joe Jonas added, "The sad sad news about Kidd Kraddick is shocking. He will be missed greatly."
