David Spade Finally Manages To Unload On His Malibu Mansion
It took a whopping six years, but David Spade finally sold his Malibu mansion.
The comedian purchased the beach front property back in 2005 for $9.3 million and just two years later he wanted to sell for $16 million! Not surprisingly, Spade’s listing got no bites, so he took it off the market until around December 2011 — when he asked for $13.5 million. Still nothing.
But finally David decided to bite the bullet, closing a deal for just $10.2 million to a Netflix executive.
According to Trulia
, the just-sold home sits on a pristine stretch of La Costa Beach and has rare patio privacy and a beautiful pool on the backside of the property. It has high ceilings, gorgeous wood floors and numerous doors opening to the incredible sandy coastline.
