Kevin Hart: Paula Deen Has Been Punished Enough

Posted on June 28th, 2013 at 1:26 pm

Comedian Kevin Hart says Paula Deen's punishment for using a racial slur is too much, RumorFix is reporting.

Of course, Kevin says he was offended by Paula's use of the "N" word during a deposition, but he tells omg! Insider,  "There should be consequences for her actions, but the hammer that was brought down on Paula Deen was the hammer of all hammers.”

He added, “I was one of the people who was offended when I heard it, [but her punishment is] too much.  I think she should be punished, but you’re killing her right now.”

Since Paula admitted to using a racial slur in the 80s, she has been dropped by the following companies:

  • Food Network
  • QVC
  • Sears
  • K-Mart
  • Walmart
  • Target
  • JC Penney
  • Home Depot
  • Smithfield Pork
  • Pharmaceutical giant Noro Novisk

All those companies should be ashame of themselves because everyone in those companies of all race, creed or color has used the “N” word and will continue using it. Yes, I was offended but not surprised. She is just the only one admitted to saying from behind closed doors. These companies are hypocrits.

Finally someone other than family is standing up for her. Yeah, some sort of punishment is in order, but Kevin is right about that hammer. These celebrities need to realize that at any moment something stupid (Alec Baldwin) can come out of your mouth. Save the serious punishment for those who hurt others physically.

Idk but Lil Wayne, Rick Ross, Chad Johnson, Chris Brown all lost endorsements BC of their behavior….so she’s no different!!!
