High School Musical star Ashley Tisdale got a restraining order against her accused stalker for three years, RumorFix has confirmed.
The actress appeared in an LA courtroom on Wednesday wearing a sweatshirt along with her live-in boyfriend, Christopher French.
Ashley says Nicholas Fiore has been tweeting her and sent Facebook messages to her, although there is a temporary restraining order in place.
Nicholas, who didn’t appear in court, is in jail currently, but when he gets out he is forbidden from getting any closer than 100 feet from the actress and her boyfriend and he cannot communicate with her in anyway — electronically or otherwise.
And the judge went one step further — Fiore is not allowed to posses any firearms — if he has any guns he must turn them over within 24 hours of his release from jail.
