Troubled Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans has more court battles in her future.
She was scheduled to enter a plea on heroin possession charges Thursday in a North Carolina courtroom, but attorney Dustin Sullivan tells RumorFix Evans was not required to enter a plea on her first appearance so she didn’t.
But between now and June, she’s due in court three more times. She faces the drug charges on May 14 though Sullivan indicated to us that court date will likely see a continuance. On May 20, she’s going to answer to cyber stalking charges against ex-boyfriend, Gary Head, and on June 3, the reality star will be back before a judge on simple assault charges in which her husband, Courtland Rogers, is a state’s witness.
Jenelle was accused of hitting her hubby with a piece of furniture during a fight on Tuesday. For his part, Courtland allegedly hit Jenelle on the neck and struck her with “a closed fist on her head” according to authorities.
Hopefully Evans will be able to stay out of any additional trouble while she deals with this turbulent time in her life.
