Although he's known for his unpredictable behavior and vulgar lyrics, rapper Gucci Mane (real name Radric Davis) did not tell a judge "b*tch I might be" when asked if he was guilty during a recent court appearance, RumorFix is clearing up.

A screen grab of  a TV news report about the 33-year-old hip-hop star in court ,where he's facing charges for allegedly hitting a soldier in the head with a champagne bottle, is floating around the net, but a creative photo editor changed the original caption of the image from "Prosecutors brought up rapper's criminal history," to "Rapper Gucci Mane responds with 'Bitch I might be' when asked if guilty."

"B*tch I might be" is actually a lyric in Gucci's 2007 song, "I Might Be."
