The North Dakota anchorman who was fired for cursing on his first day of work was given a second chance — and we’ve got to say he was an #epicfail!
A.J. Clemente was sent to cover the red carpet for Love Is All You Need, Pierce Brosnan’s new movie, for Live with Kelly & Michael.
Although A.J. told Kelly that “It went amazing,” we beg to differ. The rookie reporter obviously wasn’t prepared for the premiere. He asked Susanne Bier why she was there? She quickly answered, “I’m the director.”
And when interviewing Games of Thrones star Natalie Dormer, he asked, “How was it working with the cast — you know Pierce and everything?”
Natalie was gracious and asked, “Sorry, say again?”
A.J. didn’t realize his mistake and kept on — saying “on the movie.”
So, the English actress had to correct him saying, “I’m not in the movie.”
West Virginia University is cringing about now!
