Following a brief birthday bash in Hawaii last week, Rihanna has returned to the mainland to prep for her upcoming tour.  However, several celebrity bloggers are sticking to their guns and claiming that Chris Brown officially popped the question during the island getaway.

There’s not much to base the reports on, aside from the usual “inside sources.”  But, at least one blog is taking the rumors a step further, and revealing ‘exclusive’ details about the couple summertime nuptials.

According to the unsubstantiated 411, the weed laced wedding would include tattoo artists, fire breathers, and a “near-naked waitstaff.”  There’s even talk of pre-rolled joints at the reception.

RumorFix is looking into the rumors, but it all sounds a bit presumptuous to us.  If and when Riri does  tie the knot, it’ll surely be over the top and quite the ‘party’.  But for now, ‘details’ of an outrageous 2013 ceremony for the pop star are just a rumor.
