Sometimes when Lindsay Lohan isn’t talking to her dad, Michael Lohan — he uses the press to get a message to his famous daughter.

That’s probably what’s going on here — but we are a willing messenger.

Daddy Lohan was ticked off by a motion made by Lindsay’s new attorney, Mark Heller, with his plan to “fix” Lindsay. The plan includes putting the probation violation case on a “slow track” so that the Liz & Dick star can go through psychotherapy and start a non-profit foundation for young people.

“Is this guy Heller serious? Fix Lindsay? Get her help?” Michael asks RumorFix.

“First of all, Heller doesn’t know ANYTHING about helping anyone in the position Lindsay is in,” Michael says.

Michael, who recently celebrated the birth of a baby boy, lashes out at the controversial New York attorney saying, “He needs to get help and fix himself and his dysfunctional career and family more than Lindsay.”

Comparing Heller to Lindsay’s former attorney/savior, Shawn Holley, Michael says she “would never conduct herself in this manner.”

Michael adds, “I pray to God that Lindsay fires him before it’s too late with hope that Shawn will come back or she lets me hire  one of the most respectable attorneys I have had, Dana Cole.”
