Kris Humphries & Kim Kardashian Divorce: No More Delays

Judge Stephen Moloney has ordered the divorce trial for Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries to start — no more extensions, RumorFix is reporting.

The NBA star’s attorney, Marshall Waller, who reportedly wants off the case, appeared in court Friday on Kris’ behalf arguing that he wasn’t ready for trial.  Although TMZ is reporting that Waller doesn’t think Kris’ fraud claim is valid, he asked the court for more time to build his argument for an annulment.

Our RumorFix reporter tells us, Laura Wasser, who is Kim’s attorney, argued that his was a short-term marriage — 72 days — and there are are simple facts.

The judge allowed both sides to start subpoenaing witnesses. Kris’ legal team wants a jury trial.

The case is moving to Judge Scott Gordon’s courtroom and the trial will begin May 6, 2013.

      So, let me get this straight: even Kris’s attorney doesn’t think Kris has a case for fraud? LOL. Good luck, Kris, you’ll certainly need it. The 10 seconds of fame that Kim got you are up. All you have now is your mediocre basketball career. And I’ve heard rumors that the Nets might be trading him to the Bobcats. At least one loser will get another.
