A home owned by Nicky Hilton and decorated by Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Faye Resnick is on the market — and the price has just been slashed by $255,000.

According to our friends at Trulia, the home that is near the Sunset Strip is now on the market for $2.69, which is $105,000 below what she paid for it in 2007.

Faye decorated the home with her signature style that includes lots of black, mirrors and patent leather. The two-story home has a family room, gym, sauna formal dining room and an eat-in kitchen with four ovens. The master suite has two huge closets and two bathrooms. That’s what we all want!

Outside there’s a pool with a waterfall and a fireplace.
