The Hills star Jason Wahler is engaged, RumorFix has learned exclusively.

Wahler, who gained celebrity status after starring in Laguna Beach and then on The Hills, ending his reality TV career with Celebrity Rehab, proposed to girlfriend Ashely Slack on November 17.

The 25-year-old, who dated Lauren Conrad in 2006, played up the whole romance thing, and decided to pop the question by decorating his future wife’s entire room with photos of the two lovebirds and an abundant of roses.

Jason’s bride-to-be confirmed the news on her Facebook page, telling her followers:

“I said yes!!! I am the happiest girl in the whole wide world and I can not wait to spend the rest of my life with my best friend. — with Jason Wahler.” Later adding, “It’s official! 10-12-13 I will be Mrs. Wahler wooohoooo!!!!!”

The happy future Mrs. Wahler also shared a snap of her sparkling engagement ring!
