Lindsay Lohan and her mom, Dina Lohan, rushed to JFK airport in New York City to get to Los Angeles in time for court on Wednesday.
When asked by a swarm of paparazzi if the troubled star would make it on time — Dina responded with an enthusiastic thumbs up!
Lindsay was ordered to appear before tough-talking Judge Stephanie Sautner, who probably wouldn’t have bought the excuse that Lindsay was sick — especially when she was photographed this weekend shopping.
And it appears The Canyons star didn’t want to press her luck, especially since she may not have an attorney in court with her. She fired Shawn Holley. Her New York attorney, Mark Heller, can’t practice in California and his sponsor in LA hasn’t practiced in years.
