Lindsay Lohan’s Probation Revoked

Lindsay Lohan could be headed to the slammer after her probation was revoked Wednesday morning in Los Angeles. Commissioner Jane Godfrey has set a hearing date of January 15 to decide whether or not Lindsay should end up behind bars, RumorFix is reporting.

The troubled actress wasn’t present for the hearing, but her lawyer Shawn Holley was. While Holley kept mum while exiting the courtroom, she did chuckle when a reporter asked her how it felt to always be at court dealing with her controversial client’s never ending legal issues.

Lohan is charged with lying to authorities when she crashed her Porsche on Pacific Coast Highway last June.

Lindsay faces 245 days behind bars, but it’s highly unlikely she’ll serve that.
