Katy Perry, John Mayer Give Back In Perry’s Hometown

We have to admit, we’re starting to come around on this whole John Mayer and Katy Perry romance. When the two first started dating, we thought it was a joke, but the couple have been going strong for months now, spotted out and about all over New York and LA.

Most recently, the singers spread a little Christmas goodwill by visiting a hospital in Katy’s hometown of Santa Barbara over the holidays. The pair visited the hospital on behalf of the Dream Foundation, which helps grant wishes for adults battling life-threatening illness.

After their visit on December 22, the Dream Foundation Tweeted:

“Gratitude to @KatyPerry @JohnMayer & Hudsons for rolling up their sleeves & serving our dream families. #DreamTeam”

We guess it’s like they say: the couple that volunteers together, stays together.
