Lindsay Lohan Arrested Following Alleged Nightclub Assault

This is a photograph taken this morning of Lindsay Lohan leaving the New York City’s 10th Precinct after a nightclub arrest.

RumorFix has confirmed that the troubled actress was arrested in the early hours of Thursday morning at Avenue nightclub in Manhattan after allegedly hitting a woman.

She was released from the 10th Precinct on W 20th street at around 7:30 a.m. with a desk appearance.

A spokesman with the NYPD tells RumorFix that Lindsay was compliant during her detainment.

The woman in the picture below is one of two women seen leaving the precinct following Lohan’s arrest. It is believed that she was questioned in connection with the assault. Lohan reportedly hit a woman identified at Tiffany Eve Mitchell in the face following an argument inside the nightclub.
